Revision Tips: Fail To Plan, Plan To Fail!

Revision Tips: Fail To Plan, Plan To Fail!

You’re in your exam, racking your brains because you knowwwww you learnt this at one point but you just CAN NOT remember the answer. Sometimes it’s just the pressure that makes us forget, but revision is great to help us go in to any exam with a little more confidence and you are probably less likely to end up in the “ahhhh I can’t remember” situation.

when-you-got-like-15-essays-4-assignments-and-6-exams-to-study-for-and-you-just-chill-in-bed-contemplating-your-whole-life-kim-kardashianAll the Girl Got Faith writers have been through the pain of exams and revision, with some of us still in the midst of it so we’ve put together ourĀ topĀ five revision tips to help a sista out:

Stick stuff on your bedroom walls. The more you see it you will subconsciously be taking it in.

Flash cards! Little bite-size bits of information are better than pages and pages. You’ll remember it much more easily.

Colour coding your revision notes makes it a bit prettier to look at. Shout out to all the stationary queens out there!

In the words of French Montana…Don’t panic! Give yourself plenty of time to start revising. Cramming usually ends up leaving you with a boggled brain and maximum stress.

Find YOUR way. Maybe you are a good listener. Record yourself saying some of your notes and listen back to them when you’re going to sleep at night. Maybe you’re visual so drawing diagrams will help you, or perhaps you’re better practically. Go to a museum or sit with a friend and discuss the topics for revision, set up a debate – get in to it.

As long as you try your very best that’s all that matters. We are praying for you.
